First time being an academic moderator of a session called “negativity and Incivility”.  #ICA23 Hopefully it went smoothly with presenter’s fascinating talk and interesting questions! really learned a lot from these wonderful quant studies!

As a tutor at Shaw College, Chinese University of Hong Kong, I have the opportunity to effectively engage with students, particularly undergraduates. In this role, I offer guidance and support to students residing in KM Hall, while also organizing regular activities for hall residents. This facilitates intercultural communication and fosters a better learning environment.

As the teaching assistant for the Intercultural Communication course under Professor Rolien, I played a pivotal role in facilitating student learning. Independently conducting tutorials, I summarised key reading information and teached to students, organized course activities, shared knowledge on intercultural communication, marked tasks, and held personal meetings with students. This experience allowed me to contribute to the course's and support students in their academic journey.
